Andrea Johnson Yovanovich

Soon after graduation my father passed away and my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer- needless to say, I stayed fairly close to home. Graduated from Butler University & married Alex in '93. I worked in tv/corporate communications for a while. For those of you who really know me- you'll get a laugh, I taught high school for 7 years! I loved it. Soon after 9/11/01, I re-evaluated & changed careers again, getting into sales & non-profit fund-raising. Coming to my senses last year, finally followed my passion and started calling myself a skating coach. I travel quite a bit with skating, love it & glad to still be a part of it. My husband and I brought a great kid (boy) into the world in 2000 & I LOVE being mom. Best thing ever.

Cindy Schroeder told me to post funny stories- but I'm afraid I could still get in trouble! But since she mentioned it- I do remember one night when Doug, Chip, Cindy, Linda, and a few others went to the lake where Cindy was a lifeguard... I'll leave it at that.

I also remember going to the track with Cami Rodgers...

Needless to say, Doug was the biggest part of my life back then- truly a great friend.

Oh, and England... Spring Break with quite the motley crew. Clint Cragen, Maren Winters, SO much fun! I actually took kids when I was teaching! Too funny being on the flip side.
