Dana Crusenberry VIEW PROFILE

Dana MD Crusenberry, 49, a lifelong Morgan County resident, passed peacefully in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born April 25, 1971 in Indianapolis, IN to Marilyn (Duncan) Griffin and the late Enos MC Crusenberry.
Dana was a Martinsville High School graduate with the Class of 1989. Shortly after graduation, he joined the military and served his country honorably while in the US Navy.
He was a member of Eastview Christian Church in Martinsville and the American Legion Post #230.
He had a love for his Harley Davidson; visiting the lake; his dogs; golfing and playing poker, most importantly, he treasured his time spent with his family and friends. He was also an avid Star Wars fan.
He leaves behind a host of loving family and friends including his wife, Tammy D. (Roe) Crusenberry of Martinsville, whom he married on April 8, 2012. He is also survived by his mother and step-father, Marilyn and Rick Griffin of Martinsville; sons, Dylan Crusenberry (wife, Samantha) of Ellettsville, IN and Kyle Crusenberry of Martinsville; daughter, Cierra Peters (husband, Michael) of Terre Haute, IN; bonus children, Justin Scruggs (wife, Sebrina) of Orange Park, FL, Dusty Stierwalt (wife, Hannah) of Camby, IN and Blake Navel of Martinsville; brother, Enos Dotson of Trafalgar; sisters, Janette Drennan and Jennifer Griffin of Martinsville and his grandchildren, Bailey and Forrest Scruggs and Ella Crusenberry.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday, July 5, 2020 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Neal & Summers Funeral & Cremation Center. A service celebrating Dana’s life will immediately follow visitation at 6:00 pm at the funeral home. Military honors will conclude the service at the funeral home.
