I loved Mrs. Carroll. I had her for speech class, Jr. year. Mr. Cooksey was another fav. Oh, who didn't love Mr. McClanahan? I'm amazed at how many of the teachers are still there after all these years. Good for them. There's no better job than teaching and instructing our future generations.

Didn't let the beginning struggles and bad decisions of life get me down. I have gone on to have a wonderful life with a great husband, beautiful kids and a priceless family. I went on to further my education. I raise my children well and I try to make a positive difference in the lives of the people around me.

I think this site is pretty neat. I have to say I haven't given my high school years much thought over the last 20 years but its nice to see some old faces. I hope everyone will get in touch and stay in touch.

Well, looking back at some of the outfits we wore, that's funny. You all did it so don't pretend you thought the clothed were cool. Thank goodness none of us can still fit in any of those clothes!!!! OOOOHHH, and the hair. Do we all remember the "claw bangs". How much of the ozone did we destroy with all the aqua net hair spray?

Didn't it seem like everything in life was so important back then? Now being older, it was all, just life. Looking back, I wish I had just enjoyed being young instead of trying to hurry up and grow up. I try to tell my kids that now. Just enjoy being young. There's plenty of time to worry and fret when you get older. My oldest son has already finished high school and it was pretty weird being the parent instead of the student. Several teachers I had had were his teachers. At the conferences, I felt like I needed to raise my hand to ask them a question. I still feel like that same girl from high school, only know, I'm much smarter, more patient and all grown up. (Or atleast I think I am!!) At what age do you officially "grow up". We're all rollin up on 40, I think we're there. I hope life has been as good for all of you as it has been for me.
