Loyd C. "Chuck" Hacker, 28, Paragon, died Dec. 2, 1999, at Methodist Hospital from injuries suffered in an auto accident. Born April 16, 1971, in Morgan County, he was the son of Loyd J. and Brend R. (Burtner) Hacker. A 1989 Martinsville High School graduate, he was a mechanic at Central Mack of Indianapolis. Survivors include his parents of Martinsville; his fiancee, Lisa Hamilton of Paragon; one daughter, Marissa Hacker of Paragon; one stepson, Matthew Hamilton of Paragon; four sisters, Kimberly Austin of Illinois, Julie Ann Hacker and Christina Lynn Foust of Martinsville and Diana Kay Hacker of Mooresville; and his grandparents, Loyd G. and Lois Hacker of Martinsville and Rosella Sater of Phoenix, Ariz.; and a step-grandfather, Harold Sater of Phoenix. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Charles Dewar; and brother, Joseph Ray Hacker.
